Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.

Cross-Eyed?

Logan:       Mommy, can we play my new video game when we get home?
Mommy:    Sure, we can play together.
Logan:       Mommy! Look at my bo-bo on my "yayg"! (leg)
Mommy:    Oh my goodness! I'll give it a kiss when we get home.
Logan:       Yeah, 'cause it's really bad, huh?
Mommy:    Looks like a big one to me.
Logan:       Mommy, guess what I'm gonna do!
Mommy:    What?
Logan:       I'm gonna keep this eye on the video game, and I'm gonna keep this eye on my bo-bo so I can watch and see if it bleeds. Does that sound like a good idea?
Mommy:    It sure does.
Logan:       Good deal, Mommy. (And he reaches out so we can shake hands.)

Thought it was cute and wanted to remember it.

Pet Rock

On the way home in the car...

Logan:     Pew Wee! Something's really stinky in here!
Mommy:  I don't smell anything.
Logan:     EWWWWW! It's my hands!
Mommy:  Well, we're almost home now and we'll wash them when we get there.
Logan:     Why do my hands stink?
Mommy:  I don't know. Did you put them in your pants? (unfortunately, this is a bad habit)
Logan:     No. EWWWWW! It's my rock!
Mommy:  What's your rock?
Logan:     My rock is soooo stinky.
Mommy:  OK, we'll wash your rock when we get home.
Logan:     No way, Mommy!
Mommy:  Why not? You're rock will be fine if we wash it.
Logan:     Because it's my stinky rock.

Funny how something goes from being gross to being his prized posession.

Our "Little" Girl

Mia turned 9 months old on November 17th. Like all 9-month old babies, she had to go in to the doctor for a check up. While there, she was weighed and measured. I guess you could say that she's quite the little girl. Apparently, 70% of all 9-month old babies are taller than she is and 95% of them are heavier than she is as well. What do I have to say about that? Well, I say that she may be petit, but she's the BIGGEST sweety you'll ever know!
